SAFE PLANNING

"My husband is a WWII veteran who was diagnosed with Dementia in 2007.  In the ensuing years I had gone to a seminar conducted by Steve Rainey pertaining to nursing home costs and Medicaid, which stated “You don’t have to spend down all your assets to qualify for Medicaid assistance for nursing home care.” When the time came that I was too exhausted to care for Joe any longer, a conference was set up between Alexis Clarke, Steve Rainey and myself.  Joe was admitted into a nursing home in Feb. 2010.  The wheels were set in motion and within the 100 days Medicaid paid for Joe’s care. SAFE Planning got Joe approved for Medicaid. I will be eternally grateful, the money problem was lifted off my weary shoulders.
